Should you have any
problem, simply contact our customer service representatives, they
will send your bag, at your expense, to our certified repair locations. If it is determined that the
problem is a result of a manufacturing defect, our company will promptly
repair or replace the case and return it free of charge. Defects of
material or workmanship discovered after expiration of the warranty
period can usually also be repaired subject to payment. |
Although the fabric and components used in this product are among
finest available, it should be understood that components such as
handles and wheel systems are exposed to natural wear and tear after
extended use. This type of wear and tear is not covered by our guarantee.
However, if such repairs are required, you may send the case, at your
expense, to our customer representative, and the bag will be repaired
for a nominal fee.
Locks are intended only
to prevent accidental opening and cannot necessarily prevent theft
of products or its contents. Manufacturing specifications are subjected
to change without notice.
Notice: Please
check out your luggage promptly after it has been handled by common
carriers such as ship, air or train. When damaged, submit a claim
to the common carrier at the place of arrival, if possible before
clearing customs.
